Sharpigo Delivery Policy

Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:59 PM are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Costs
At Sharpigo, we always choose the greenest and most environmentally friendly shipping option. The good news? This sustainable shipping method is always free for our customers, regardless of order size or destination.

Delivery Times by Country
Estimated delivery times (including weekends):

• Sweden: 7–9 business days

• Denmark: 8–11 business days

• Finland: 8–11 business days

• Norway: 7–11 business days

• Other EU countries: 9–13 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as customs inspections or high workload at the carrier.

International Delivery
We currently do not offer international delivery outside the EU. We are working on expanding our delivery options in the future.

Delays
Although we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections or carrier delays. Sharpigo cannot be held responsible for external delays.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment.

Missing or Damaged Packages

• Missing package? Check the tracking information and contact the carrier. We are always here to help you further.
