Sharpigo General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Definitions

The following definitions apply in these terms and conditions:

  • Right of Withdrawal: The period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • Consumer: A natural person not acting for commercial purposes who enters into a distance contract with the trader.

  • Day: Calendar day.

  • Continuous Contract: A distance contract concerning the regular delivery of products and/or services over a period of time.

  • Durable Medium: Any instrument enabling the storage of information for future use.

  • Trader: The natural or legal person selling products/services at a distance.

  • Distance Contract: A contract concluded using means of distance communication (e.g., the internet).

  • Means of Distance Communication: Tools used to conclude a contract (e.g., email, web).

Article 3 - Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all distance contracts between Sharpigo and consumers.

Article 4 - Offers

Prices are stated excluding customs duties and import VAT.

The carrier (e.g., Postnord) will charge import VAT upon delivery within the EU.

Article 5 - Conclusion of the Agreement

The agreement becomes binding when the consumer accepts these terms and conditions.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

  • 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of the product.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Article 7 - Return Costs

The consumer bears the cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Article 8 - Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products

  • Sealed hygiene products where the seal is broken

  • Activated digital goods

Article 9 - Prices

Price adjustments are only permitted in the event of changes to VAT.

Article 10 - Warranties

Sharpigo warrants that products meet the agreed specifications.

Article 11 - Delivery

  • Maximum delivery time: 30 days

  • The consumer may cancel the order in case of delayed delivery.

Article 12 - Termination of Subscriptions

  • 1-month notice period for continuous contracts.

Article 13 - Payment

  • Payment must be made within 7 business days.

Article 14 - Complaints

  • Must be reported within 7 days from when the defect was discovered.

  • Response within 14 days.

Article 15 - Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements through which we provide services to you shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

Article 16 - CESOP

  • Payment data may be reported in accordance with EU regulations.
