Choose the function that matches your tool and edge condition. Keep each movement steady and follow the product manual for safe operation.
Place the sharpener on a stable, dry surface and clean the blade before starting.
For a dull knife, begin with the coarse diamond slot using light, steady passes.
Move to the fine diamond slot to refine the edge for everyday cutting.
Polish with the ceramic rod, or use the dedicated slot when sharpening scissors.
It is designed for common kitchen knives and household scissors, with a removable ceramic rod that can also help polish selected outdoor and garden tools. Always check the tool shape and product manual before use.
Use the coarse diamond slot for a noticeably dull edge. If the blade only needs maintenance, begin with the fine slot. Finish with ceramic polishing when appropriate.
The SA70 Pro includes a dedicated tungsten-steel slot for household scissors, separate from the knife sharpening path.
Switch off and unplug the unit before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a dry or lightly damp cloth and use the removable rear cover as directed in the product manual.
